According to the World Health Organization (WHO), OCD and other anxiety-based disorders are ranked the sixth leading cause of disability worldwide. Research indicates that 40 million adults in the US struggle with an anxiety disorder, but only 36.9% of those with an anxiety disorder receive treatment.
The good news is that OCD and Anxiety Disorders are highly treatable. I aim to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment for clients to express their thoughts and fears. Together, we will collaborate to design a personalized treatment plan that utilizes proven methods to increase self-confidence and improve overall well-being.
If you’re ready to start your healing journey, please get in touch with me for a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
